The Advisor is great but it took 21/2 hrs to get my car back for a 20 minutes job(recalled on battery holder)

A little disappointed. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were supposed to set the tire pressure, but they did not. I read the inspection report, and the pressure for each tire was low. Went home and checked the pressure for each one, and they read 31.5. I paid $200, please finish the job. Otherwise, Andrea is really sweet. I know it is cold, and that plays a role with the tires, but it's obvious that it was not done.
