Before we even arrived, we called and spoke to Arleny to advise we were unfortunately running late after getting stuck at another dealership, and we were assured they would wait for us despite it being after hours. We got there and were welcome by Angie and Colby, who worked with us after getting to inspect and test drive the car. After some negotiations, we came to an agreement and closed the deal. We drove out with a 2023 Venza XLE that night. We thank the entire staff there for their friendliness, professionalism and for staying late to finalize the process!

Got my toyota Rav 4 with Aileen. Carlos and Colby assisted with the process and they are both great managers to work with. Great customer service all around. My only real complaint is that the financial office was pushing a lot of unnecessary expenses on me, but I did end up getting the best possible deal at the end of the day. Very happy with my first car!

I had a positive experience purchasing my Tacoma here. My truck is somewhat of a unicorn: a manual TRD Off Road with the premium package. I drove from Boston to Long Island to get it because of this. The truck was slightly used and had a few niggles that were probably out of anyone’s control. Millennium stood by it and solved all the issues, giving me a brand-new loaner Tacoma while I waited (that they let me take back to Massachusetts, and keep for two weeks until I had time to go back to Long Island). Shoutouts to sales managers Edgar and Mauricio for making sure I was taken care of and to saleswoman Tiffany for offering a smooth buying experience and being extremely knowledgeable about the Tacoma.

Update.. Well the new guy they have really did a great job. I didn't have to wait all morning till lunch. I had a very satisfying experience during my last visit. I even complemented the manager about this young man. I forgot his name. One of the worst experiences period. This is the type of joint were u ask for no pickle and they add extra. This place doesnt give 2 craps about anything. I paid for extended service and i feel ripped off. I regret purchasing my vehicle from this place. 3 1/2 hour wait for an oil change!!! Oh i asked to fix my fuse and they completely disregarded my request.
